Contrato de alquiler

El presente contrato de alquiler ("el Contrato") se celebra entre MotoTrip.SV ("el Arrendador") y el cliente ("el Arrendatario") identificado al momento de la reserva. Este documento resume las condiciones que firmarás físicamente o de forma digital al recibir el vehículo.
Cláusula 1 — Objeto
El Arrendador entrega en alquiler una motocicleta o scooter en buen estado de funcionamiento, con su respectivo casco, por el período acordado.
Cláusula 2 — Duración y entrega
El alquiler inicia y termina en las fechas y horas pactadas. La devolución tardía generará un cargo adicional equivalente a un día de alquiler por cada día o fracción de retraso.
Cláusula 3 — Tarifa y depósito
- La tarifa diaria se acuerda al momento de la reserva.
- El Arrendatario entrega un depósito de garantía reembolsable.
- El vehículo se entrega y debe devolverse con el mismo nivel de combustible.
Cláusula 4 — Obligaciones del Arrendatario
- Conducir con licencia vigente y portar siempre el casco.
- Respetar las leyes de tránsito y los límites de velocidad.
- No transportar más pasajeros de los permitidos por el vehículo.
- No conducir bajo efectos de alcohol o sustancias.
- Cubrir multas, infracciones o peajes generados durante el alquiler.
Cláusula 5 — Daños, robo y seguro
El Arrendatario es responsable por daños, pérdidas o robo del vehículo durante el período de alquiler. En caso de siniestro debe informar de inmediato al Arrendador y a las autoridades. El depósito podrá aplicarse a la reparación de daños comprobados.
Cláusula 6 — Asistencia
MotoTrip.SV brinda asistencia durante el período de alquiler a través de WhatsApp (+503 6162 5550). En caso de falla mecánica no imputable al Arrendatario, coordinaremos el reemplazo o reparación del vehículo.
Cláusula 7 — Terminación
El Arrendador podrá dar por terminado el Contrato de forma anticipada ante el incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas cláusulas, sin derecho a reembolso del período no utilizado.

This rental agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into between MotoTrip.SV ("the Lessor") and the customer ("the Renter") identified at the time of booking. This document summarizes the conditions you will sign physically or digitally when picking up the vehicle.
Clause 1 — Purpose
The Lessor provides a motorcycle or scooter in good working condition, with its corresponding helmet, for the agreed period.
Clause 2 — Duration and delivery
The rental begins and ends on the agreed dates and times. Late returns incur an additional charge equivalent to one rental day for each day or fraction of delay.
Clause 3 — Rate and deposit
- The daily rate is agreed at the time of booking.
- The Renter provides a refundable security deposit.
- The vehicle is delivered and must be returned with the same fuel level.
Clause 4 — Renter's obligations
- Drive with a valid license and always wear the helmet.
- Respect traffic laws and speed limits.
- Do not carry more passengers than the vehicle allows.
- Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
- Cover fines, infractions or tolls incurred during the rental.
Clause 5 — Damage, theft and insurance
The Renter is responsible for damage, loss or theft of the vehicle during the rental period. In the event of an incident, they must immediately notify the Lessor and the authorities. The deposit may be applied to the repair of verified damage.
Clause 6 — Assistance
MotoTrip.SV provides assistance throughout the rental period via WhatsApp (+503 6162 5550). In the event of a mechanical failure not attributable to the Renter, we will arrange the replacement or repair of the vehicle.
Clause 7 — Termination
The Lessor may terminate the Agreement early upon breach of any of these clauses, with no right to a refund for the unused period.
